Greece: Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 22, 2014. Pat was born in Rochester, New York on June 25, 1922. She attended Holy Rosary Grammar School and Jefferson High School. Pat had striking looks. She worked as a model in her younger years in Rochester and New York. Later she went to school to become a teller. She worked at Lincoln Rochester Bank. She had a long career at Strong Memorial Hospital, as a supervisor in the admitting office, retiring in 1986. Pat is predeceased by her parents, Frank and Assunta Leva; her husband of 52 years, Robert, soul mates and best friends now reunited; and siblings Nick, Connie, Anna, Jimmy and Mary. Survived by her sons William (Amy), former daughter-in-law Nancy who was a cherished friend, Jeffrey (Katherine), and Thomas (Cindy); and 10 grandchildren, Matthew, Marnie, Jacob, Shane, Tess, Ben, Ostin, Nicholas, Robert and Michael, and 1 great-grandchild, Olivia. Pat is also survived by a sister, Mildred Branciforte, brothers Joseph, George and Jerry, as well as many nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by all. 

Family and friends will gather for a funeral mass to celebrate Pat's life on Monday, October 27th at St. Monica's Catholic Church, 831 Genesee St., 10 a.m. Interment to follow, Grove Place Cemetery, 2775 Chili Avenue. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Pat's name to the Church. The family wishes to express its sincere thanks to the nurses and staff at Latta Road Nursing Home, who provided such good care and comfort to Pat in her final years.
