Survived by his parents, Patrick and Janet L. Healy; sister, Rebecca Lorin; brother, Paxton T. Healy; paternal grandmother, Maralene TenEyck Healy; maternal grandfather, Leonard E. Tingler. Ben was a 2007 graduate of Churchville Chili High School. He was a US Army Specialist with the 1st Battalion 501st Parachute Infantry and deployed to Afghanistan in 2012 with the 3rd Battalion 509th Parachute Infantry Regiment.

A lifelong member, Elder, long-time treasurer and choir member at First Presbyterian Church of Chili.
