Frank was a Physical Education and Health Teacher in the City of Rochester School District. He also enjoyed his time coaching football, swimming and track at Monroe High School. In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by his brother, Arthur Colwell; sisters, Hazel Robinson, Leila Foster, Marian Bullock and 1 daughter Cristen Moodie. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Jeannne Colwell; 2 sons, Robert (Patti) of Scottsvile, NY and John (Ashley) of Ft.
